SPAZI è un software sviluppato per la gestione di manifestazioni fieristiche.
Consente agli utenti di lavorare direttamente sulle mappe del quartiere per definire gli stand, inserire gli espositori, attribuire servizi, generare documenti, avere adeguati report sulla situazione della manifestazione.

SPAZI è disegnato in architettura "cient-server" e può essere utilizato contemporaneamente da molti utenti da qualsiasi computer PC connesso ad internet.
Può esere utilizzato da diversi utenti in 5 lingue diverse: inglese, italiano, francese, tedesco e spagnolo.

Il software può essere fornito in due versioni:
  • come servizio
    può essere attivato in poche ore. La parte server viene definita su nostre macchine e non richiede alcun processo di installazione. Viene fornito per singola manifestazione ad un prezzo molto conveniente. Ideale per organizzatori di singole manifestazioni che non dispongono di particolari risorse software

  • in licenza
    viene definito su Vostri server, può essere posto in comunicazione con Vostri archivi (contabilità, CRM, ... ). Nessun limite al numero di manifestazioni o di utenti. Possono essere fornite procedure quali la gestione del catalogo e l'acquisizione di ordini via Internet permettendo agli espositori autenticati l'accesso alle informazioni che li riguardano.
Per entrambe le versioni offriamo tele-assistenza diretta. Tutto il software è stato sviluppato interamente da noi e siamo pertanto in grado di personalizzarlo su Vostre particolari esigenze.

SPAZI is a software developed for the management of fair exhibitions.
It allows users to work directly on the fairground maps to define the exhibithors booth, insert the exhibitors, assign services, create documents, have adequate reporting on the situation of the event.

SPAZI is created in architecture "client-server" and can be used simultaneously by many users from any PC connected to the Internet.
It can be used by different users in 5 different languages: English, Italian, French, German and Spanish.

The software can be supplied in two versions:
  • as a service
    It can be activated in a few hours. The server part is defined on our computers and does not require any installation process on yours systems. It is provided to a single event at a very affordable price. Ideal for organizers of individual events that do not have special software resources.

  • licensed version
    It is defined on your server, it can be placed in communication with your archives (accounting, CRM, ...). No limit to the number of events or users. This version can be provided with procedures such as catalog management and the acquisition of orders via the Internet, allowing authenticated exhibitors access to their own information.

We offer direct remote assistance with both versions. All the software has been developed entirely by us and we are therefore able to customize it to your specific requirements.





Tutti i dati della manifestazione sono custoditi nel server, perciò soggetti alle ordinarie procedure di sicurezza (backup, ...). La gestione centralizzata dei dati consente di mantenere un unico archivio: la pianta sulla quale l'utente opera è l'unica pianta esistente. Eventuali 'conflitti' tra gli utenti vengono gestiti automaticamente da SPAZI.
I singoli utenti possono lavorare indifferentemente da qualsiasi posizione e con qualsiasi computer, anche in lingue diverse (SPAZI è un programma multilingua...) 		All the exhibition's data is stored on the server, therefore the data is subject to the normal security procedures (backup, ...). The central data management allows you to maintain a single archive: the fairground map on which the user operates is the only one existing map. Any 'conflicts' between users are automatically managed by SPAZI.

Sulla base delle vostre assegnazioni SPAZI può generare documenti destinati agli espositori (offerta, conferma di partecipazione, stato dei servizi, ...) e report sullo stato della manifestazione (elenco espositori, elenco dei servizi venduti, elenco degli stand, percentuali di area venduta, ...) Ambiente grafico

Con SPAZI si lavora direttamente sulla pianta del quartiere.

Il primo compito di SPAZI è quello di mantenere aggiornate in tempo reale le assegnazioni di spazi agli espositori.
La modalità grafica inoltre consente una rapida visione d'insieme dello stato della manifestazione ed un rapido accesso alle informazioni.
La pianta della manifestazione permette di lavorare con grande immediatezza e sicurezza.
A partire dagli stand si può accedere alle informazioni di ogni singolo espositore, attribuire servizi, generare documenti, ...

Come si può vedere nei filmati che seguono, la presentazione grafica di SPAZI è estrememente rapida (SPAZI è scritto in C+++) e vi consente preziosi risparmi di tempo nell'accesso alle informazioni.

Using SPAZI you work directly on the fairground plan.

The first task of SPAZI is to keep updated on the occupation of booths in real time.
The graphics mode also allows a quick overview of the status of the event and fast access to information.
The maps allows you to work with great immediacy and safety.
From the booths you can access the information of each individual exhibitor, attribute services, generate documents, ...

Edit degli stand

Un vasto gruppo di funzioni permette di definire o modificare con grande facilità qualsiasi stand del padiglione, garantendo un lay-out assolutamente preciso (l'unità di misura è il centimetro).
SPAZI conserva un "disegno di riferimento" con la disposizione tipica degli stand, ma ogni stand può essere modificato, cancellato e ricreato in ogni momento.

SPAZI presenta, a default, gli stand impiegando 4 colori per rendere immediatamente evidente lo stato di avanzamento della manifestazione:
  • verde per stand liberi
  • giallo per stand nel quale si presume si posizionerà un espositore (ma la trattativa non è ancora stata avviata)
  • arancione per gli stand per i quali la trattativa è in corso
  • fucsia per gli stand a trattativa conclusa

A large group of functions allows you to define or edit any booth of the pavilion in a very simple and direct way, providing a precise layout (the unit of measurement is 1 centimeter).
SPAZI retains a "reference design" with the typical layout of the booths, but each booth can be modified, deleted and recreated at any time.

SPAZI represents, by default, the layout of the booths using four colors to immediately outline the progress of the event:
  • green free booths
  • yellow booths in which it is assumed there will be an exhibitor (but the negotiation has not yet started)
  • orange the booths where the negotiation is in progress
  • fuchsia booths where the negotiation is completed

Servizi agli espositori

SPAZI gestisce un "elenco servizi" definito per manifestazione e, per ogni espositore in ogni stand, gestisce la "pratica dell'espositore".

Nella 'pratica' SPAZI tiene traccia dei servizi distinguendo tra servizi proposti e servizi accettati dall'espositore.

Diventa così possibile generare in qualsiasi momento un documento di offerta all'espositore contenente i servizi proposti ma non ancora accettati.

Quando l'espositore accetterà l'offerta il servizio passerà tra i servizi accettati e apparirà nei report di controllo e amministrativi.

In ogni momento SPAZI potrà dire quali sono effettivamente i servizi da fornire agli espositori e quali sono invece offerti ma non ancora confermati dall'espositore.

Exhibitor's services

SPAZI use a "services list" defined for every exhibition and, for every exhibitor at every booth, manages the "Exhibitor dossier".

In the 'dossier' SPAZI tracks the services, distinguishing between services offered and services accepted by the exhibitor.

So it becomes possible at any time to generate an 'offer document' containing the exhibitor services offered but not yet accepted.

When the exhibitor will accept the offer the service will switch to the accepted services and will appear in the control and administrative reports.

At any time SPACES can tell you which are actually the services to be provided to exhibitors and which are offered but not yet confirmed by the exhibitor.

Stampe per gli espositori

SPAZI può generare in ogni momento stampe utili nella trattativa con l'espositore: layout del padiglione, padiglione con stand evidenziato, stampa dettaglio, stampa in scala, stampa stand quotato...

Oltre alle stampe "dirette" SPAZI può genere documenti word basati su "modelli" definiti dall'utente tanto nell'aspetto grafico che nel contenuto.

SPAZI può "riempire" questi modelli con i dati dell'espositore, i dati dello stand, pianta del quartiere con evidenziato il padiglione, pianta del padiglione con evidenziato lo stand, dettaglio stand, dettaglio quotato dello stand, elenco dei servizi... tutto quanto può servire in una comunicazione completa e accurata con l'espositore.

SPAZI can generate at any time prints useful in negotiation with the exhibitor: layout of the hall, hall with booth highlighted, hall detail, scale printing, quoted booth ...

In addition to the "direct" prints SPAZI can create word documents based on "models" defined by the users in the graphic layout and in the contents.

SPAZI can "fill" these models with exhibitor data, the data of the booth, the hall highlighted on the fairground, the booth highlighted in the hall, booth detail, quoted booth, list of services ... everything can be necessary in a complete and accurate communication with the exhibitor.
